The congregation will gather for a communion service on Sunday morning (17th November) at 11am.
We will have a testimony evenng on Friday at 7:30pm and then we will have Rev. Gareth Burke from Stranmillis Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Belfast on Saturday evening at 7:30pm and then on Sunday at 11am and 6pm.
Big Free Rally, Saturday 26th October from 10:45am at Smithton-Culloden church.
Pastor Vito Tangorra will speak at the midweek meeting at 7:30pm on Wednesday 11th September. Vito and his wife Erminia work with the European Missionary Fellowship as he pastors a Reformed Church in Santa Elisabetta in Sicily.
The Release International Support Group meets on the last Tuesday of the month. The next meeting is on Tuesday 27th August in the small hall at 7pm to write letters and to pray for the persecuted church.
All welcome to attend. The meeting lasts just 1 hour.
We have recent newsletters from Marsali Campbell of Dwelling Places in Kampala, Uganda and also from Dwelling Places itself. Marsali is back in the UK for a few months doing extensive deputation work talking about all she does at Dwelling Places. Marsali will be speaking at Smithton on Wednesday evening 15th May.

Alex Macdonald, Minister of Buccleuch Free Church in Edinburgh, will be performing a charity fundraising concert at Smithon Church on Saturday 16th February at 7.30 pm. He will be playing songs from his latest album “A9”.

Proceeds will go to a local project headed by Elsie Normington to provide respite care for parents of children with special needs.

The Community Carol Service will be at the church on Wednesday 19th December at 7 pm.
We will have local Primary Schools, the Church Singing Group, Wendy’s Guitar Class and others participating.
All are welcome.
College-Careers is a new ministry for people aged between 20-40. They are hosting the annual thanksgiving meal on 8th December at 7.30 pm in the church. There is a sign up sheet at reception if you wish to come along or for helping with catering, setting up or cleaning. Details of further events in 2013 will be announced on the night. There will be a crèche for young children.

Our Christmas Celebration events for Nursery – P2 local children will take place in the church on Monday 10th – Friday 14th December. Smithton, Cradlehall, Duncan Forbes and Balloch primary schools will all be joining us for that.
