Sunday at Smithton

We have two church services on a Sunday. One at 11am and an evening service at 6pm. As our pastor has moved on (after 31 years with us) we are inviting different ministers along for the next few months. On Sunday we welcome Rev Angus MacRae who is the Free Church minister in Dingwall. The sermon in the morning is entitled ‘A new king and five shady ladies’. An interesting and intriguing title. Come along and find out what this is all about. At the evening service our final singing is a relatively new one to those that attend. It’s a Keith Getty composition entitled ‘Oh how good it is when the family of God…’ Here is the link to have a wee practice before Sunday.

Our services are informal and you don’t need to dress up. We have a welcome team who will greet you when you arrive and can answer your questions. As a church we have a wide age range of people worshipping with us – from young tots (where they can go to our crèche) to teenagers and then right through to our senior citizens so please know that you will not feel out of place! We also have a Sunday Club which caters for Pre School – Primary 7. After the service we have refreshments in our cafe/lounge so please feel free to stay behind so that we can get to know you a bit better.

Please also note that we have a large car park so you should not have any difficulty parking.
